We also inventory a limited selection of used carts for remanufacturing and resale. Lead times are typically 2-4 weeks.

Shopping Cart Pool Program
Take command of your shopping cart fleet. From cart collection and repair to staging and distribution, Peggs’ Pool Program will change how you manage these critical assets.
Peggs picks up out-of-service carts from individual store locations or the retailer’s regional warehouse.
Assets are delivered to the nearest Peggs facility, where a determination is made on a cart-by-cart basis, according to the retailer’s brand standards, to remanufacture or recondition. Non-repairable carts are recycled following Peggs’ sustainability standards.
A comprehensive receiving report provides detailed information on cart models, conditions, and recommended services and identifies carts deemed beyond repair. This data is consolidated for each location, ensuring full transparency, and is readily accessible to the retailer. Reports can be delivered at a specified frequency to meet the retailer’s needs.
We provide tailored solutions for managing shopping carts. Carts can be fully remanufactured to like-new condition or reconditioned to match the “like existing” look of those already in your stores. For obsolete models or carts damaged beyond repair, we offer options to purchase or recycle them responsibly. These flexible services ensure cost-effective, sustainable management of your cart inventory while maintaining quality and consistency.
Carts can be delivered directly to retail locations to meet immediate needs, staged at the nearest Peggs facility for distribution as required, or warehoused for redeployment during peak holiday periods. Most urgent requests from the existing inventory can be fulfilled within 24-72 hours, ensuring seamless support for your operations.
